Dr. Craig P. Donovan, Coordinator of the BA/MPA Honors Program in the School of Public Administration and Criminal Justice, is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business and Public Management. For the past quarter century he has been a national advocate for good government. A Lifetime member of the American Society for Public Administration, he served on the National Council and is a Founding Member of the LGBT Advocacy Alliance. Active in NASPAA, the global accreditation organization, he served as past President of Pi Alpha Alpha, the International Honor Society for Public Administration and as Chair of a number of Professional Sections including Undergraduate Education and
Small-Core Programs. A Teacher of the Year at Kean, he has published numerous research articles and texts, as well as other books and popular press pieces. His teaching areas include Information Management, Innovation in Government, and Management Excellence.

Patricia Moore, Ph.D.is the Director of the Masters of Public Administration Program (MPA) at Kean University. She has an extensive background in program administration , spanning a fifteen year career in the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) . While at the NJDOE her responsibilities included reviewing and approving budgets for various programs in schools, colleges and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Moore is a graduate of the doctoral program at Rutgers University, School of Public Administration , specializing in Budgeting and Financial Management. Her research covers areas of financial resource allocation, and nonprofit administration. As a resident faculty member of the Department of Public Administration her teaching responsibilities include Budgeting and Financial Management, Foundations in Public Administration and Nonprofit administration .Currently Dr. Moore is a member of the Executive Council of the Network of School of
Policy and Administration(NASPAA) , the Washington DC organization which provides accreditation to MPA programs in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia.


Dr. Bok Gyo Jeong

Dr. Bok Gyo Jeong is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration. He received his PhD from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. His teaching areas include Quantitative Methods, Comparative Public Administration, and Nonprofit Management. His research interests include nonprofit accountability, social enterprises, and the partnership between civil society and international organizations. He was a former intern in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations. Currently, he serves as Executive Board Member of the Nonprofit Policy, Practice, and Partnerships Section of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). He has been proactively involved in the Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) and International Society for Third Sector Research (ISTR). His research has been published in multiple books and peer-reviewed journals, including International Journal of Voluntary and Nonprofit Organizations, Asian Survey, and Social Enterprise Journal.
