About

Previously Professor Baldwin served as an assistant professor of science and math education at SUNY – Empire State College and as Instructor at both Columbia University – Teachers College and Ohio University.  Prior to attending graduate school, he was a classroom teacher at a private K-12 school in Puerto Rico, and an instructor in a summer school program for gifted and talented math and science middle school students. 

While at Kean, Baldwin was awarded an external grant from the New Jersey Department of Education in the amount of $1.7 Million to fund the project titled Kean Math and Science Partnership (KeanMSP) to conduct and research professional development for local math and science teachers.  Additionally, he regularly consults with other universities and school districts in matters of program evaluation, technology integration, and professional development.
