2014 STEM SUMMER RESEARCH

This past summer, six students from Roselle Park High School participated in real-life laboratory research at NJCSTM.  The group of students worked with Dr. Salvatore Coniglio, Associate Professor of Chemical Biology, to determine how proteins are affected by cancel cells.  To read more about their experience, please click here.

If you would like to participate in research during the summer of 2016, please visit our Group Scholars Summer Research Program site

2014 WESTFIELD STEM CAMP

Westfield Public School District’s second annual STEM Camp was held at NJCSTM this past summer. Kean's Science Education majors prepared lessons for the 200 participating Westfield students and taught classes that were all designed within a superheroes theme.  This was a great opportunity for the campers to experience a laboratory environment for the first time.
