Telephone Voicemail Setup

  1. Dial extension "76299" from your phone.
  2. When you hear “please enter your security code”.
  3. Press * (star) and # (pound key) followed by your mailbox # EX. Roommate 1 in bedroom A dials 7 + your room last four digits. Example: room number is 737-6666, you would enter 76666 Roommate 2 in bedroom A dials 8 + your room last four digits extension. Example: room number is 737-6666, you would enter 86666.

Please note that residents of the New Upperclassman and New Freshman Residence halls have four mail boxes)

  • Roommate 3 in bedroom dials 2 + your room last four digits extension. Example: room number is 737-6666, you would enter 36666.
  • Roommate 4 in bedroom dials 3 + your room last four digits extension. Example: room number is 737-6666, you would enter 36666.

Next: Enter the default security code which is (0000)-four zeros- It will prompt you to enter your personal security code. Follow the tutorial to complete the customization of your mailbox.

*Each resident will have access to their own voice-mail box and callers will be given the option to leave a message for either roommate.
