How BALANCED is your WELLNESS WHEEL? Please explore our new Wellness Workshops link.

College can be an exciting and rewarding time of your life, but it can also be a time of challenges and stress.  These stressors, both large and small, can include:

  • Academic difficulties
  • Financial worries
  • Social, romantic or family conflicts
  • Drug/alcohol concerns or addiction
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Eating concerns
  • Gender identity/sexuality concerns
  • Sexual or physical assault

In fact, many students handle more than one of the above issues.  If you find that you are struggling, keeping it to yourself and dealing with it on your own, it can make everything feel more difficult.

But you don’t need to handle it on your own.

Our counselors are experienced professionals who will listen to you without judgment or criticism.  Information that you share with us is confidential; no one including teachers, administrators, friends or family, will be given information about your meetings at the counseling center.*

Our goal is to help you identify YOUR goals.  Then we work together to figure out what’s been keeping you from achieving those goals and what changes you can make in your life to be more successful in the future. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns you may have.
