About the Internship Office
Kean is a global leader in higher education in the NY/NJ metropolitan region and a national leader in student diversity. Kean students work as interns in the field of Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Management, and Global Business. Since 2014, Kean students have landed internships with Fortune 500 corporations such as BMW, Price Waterhouse Cooper, WMG, Port Authority of NJ/NY, Giorgio Armani, Johnson & Johnson,Stella McCartney, iHeartMedia, midsize companies such as Wakefern, Enterprise, STS and many small and entreprenuerial enterprises. -
Mission Statement
The mission of the CBPM Office of Internships (OIC) is to provide unique experiential learning. This is accomplished through internships, global and domestic practica opportunities. We seek to train business students in the art and value of creating an authentic professional profile while teaching 21st century job skills. In concert with CBPM faculty, our aim is to best match individual students to real world business opportunities. -
What is Co-Op Education
Cooperative Education is a University-wide, credit-bearing, experience-based learning program that provides students with preparation, counseling, academic projects and the opportunity to reflect on what is learned. It’s a great resume builder and a way to test out a career. -
