As a Kean Faculty/Professional Staff member, you can assist Career Developement and Advancement by participating in the following activities.
Become a member of the Career Development Advisory Council.
Keep Career Development informed about alumni and what they are doing in terms of employment and advanced educational goals.
Co-sponsor along with the Career Development individual Major Program/Career Awareness events for your academic department.
Contact the Career Development about suggestions you may have to better serve our students and alumni in meeting their career goals and aspirations.
Interaction/collaboration between the Career Development and the Kean University community is important so that our students and alumni get the best possible career preparation/education.
